Toshi Ichiyanagi (Composer, Pianist / Artistic General Director of Kanagawa Arts Foundation)
Born in 1933 at Kobe city. Awarded first prize of Mainichi Musical Contest (Japan Musical Contest now) department of composition twice. Visited America at nineteen, developed experimental music activity with John Cage in New York, come back Japan in 1961. His works influenced strongly various field to introduce contingency and use graphic notation. Awarded many prize so far, Odaka prize, French Cultural Medal, Mainichi Art Award, Kyoto Music Award, Suntory Music Award, Purple Ribbon, Order of Rising Sun, Gold Rays Rosette and more. He continue to present unique touch works to pursuit extensity of music. Since 2000, artistic general director of Kanagawa Arts Foundation. In 2008, cultural contributor.

Toshiro Nakagawa (Composer, Pianist)
Graduation of Toho Gakuen collage department of composition. Studied composition by Akira Miyoshi. Awarded Muramatsu Award in 1988, 12th Kenzo Nakajima Music Award as group “Art Respirant”. In 2010, prized again 28th Kenzo Nakajima Award for achievement of “Solo Exhibition of Composer 2009, Toshiro Nakagawa” organized by Suntory Art Council. And, awarded many prizes in commercial music industry. Vice-president of Japan Society for Contemporary Music, Executive Director of Japan Federation of Composers, and part time instructor of Ochanomizu University.

Kenichi Nakagawa (Pianist, Composer)
Studied piano and composition in department of music, Toho Gakuen collage, Mastered as chairman in department of piano, Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. In 1997, 3rd prize of International Gaudeamus Interpreters Competition. Appearing on various music festival in home and abroad. Appearing on NHK-FM, NHK-BS much too, and the first performance of new work is much. As composer, appear together with The Tokyo Chamber Opera Theatre, Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, Hiroshima Symphony Orchestra, Sendai Philharmonic Orchestra and more. Member of “Ensemble Nomad”, contemporary music ensemble, part time instructor of Ochanomizu University and Toho Gakuen University.

Tomoki Tai
Born in 1982, Osaka. Graduated department of cello in Tokyo University of the Arts. Started activity as group of contemporary music in collage. Played over 150 first performance of new work in home and abroad. Held by planning himself “String Quartet Ⅱ” of Feldman, Ancient and Modern Counterpoint, Streaming Live by Takeo Hoshiya, Self-made Microtone Organ Live and more.

Masanori Oishi
Player of saxophone. After completed master course of Tokyo University of the Arts. Graduated Conservatoire de Paris. Acting widely classic, performance of contemporary music, collaboration of composer and dancer, impromptu performance, commercial recording, appearance of TV radio and more. Part time instructor of Tokyo University of the Arts, Senzoku Gakuen Collage of Music, and Toho Collage of Music.

大石 将紀

Daisuke Ishiwata
Born in 1982, Chiba. Graduated department of Japanese music in Tokyo University of the Arts. Received the initiation festival music by his grate-uncle, Naoki Nishimura in 9 years old, studied by Hosei Haruo, branch schoolmaster of Hosei style as known as Taneo Wakayama, 4th schoolmaster of Wakayama style in “Edosatokagura”, important intangible folk culture asset. Allowed to be named Haruhisa Hosei in 2004. He is successful by player of flute of long epic song, Sinto music, and festival music.
